    Program

    Structure

In this 8 week program we will cover 3 core topics. These topics are marketing & sales traction, partnering with corporations and investment. Each week the cohort will meet in the San Francisco office or virtually for remote teams. A presenter will present a short presentation on the weekly topic followed by a facilitator led cohort discussion.

    3 Metrics That Matter

At unbank.ventures we work with our companies to develop 3 key metrics that will drive the company to the next milestone. Each week the companies will present their traction to the cohort, receive feedback and request help.

    Weekly Assignments

Each week you will be given an assignment that corresponds with the weekly topic. These will be customized assignments that correspond to the company's 3 Key Metrics and program goals.

    Mentors

Unlike other programs we will not distract you with a parade of mentors. You will work with 1-3 mentors over the course of the program. The main goal of these mentors will be to ensure that you are staying on track with your 3 key metrics and weekly assignments. Supplemental mentors and resources will be brought in on a special case basis.

  • Testimonies

While building the Draper FinTech Incubator program I had the pleasure of working with some great entrepreneurs. I am looking to take my experience at Draper FinTech to my next venture unbank.ventures. Here is what some of them had to say about their experience working with me.

“Brett was instrumental in helping us kick off our sales efforts. He helped us build out a metrics-driven strategy during the launch of the product and attract our first customers. We benefited from introductions Brett made for us during our fundraising round.” Olga Koroleva founder of Monetarex

“”I worked with Brett Noyes at Draper Fintech accelerator and he was instrumental in helping us navigate our fundraising efforts for our seed round. Specifically Brett made multiple introductions — sought out and coordinated meetings with Investors in his Rolodex and was just a good sounding board for us whenever we needed him” PJ Gupta founder of Checkbook.io

“Working with Brett Noyes was a great experience. His straightforward approach and honest feedback helped us create and present a great investor pitch with an amazing deck. With his help, we were able to create a great company brand and become recognized as one of the top companies in the emerging blockchain industry.” Nathalie Salami co-founder HitFin

Brett's genuine passion for startups and helping founders is what makes working with him so enjoyable. Since being introduced to Brett, my co-founder and I have been instilled with a more focused mindset and strategic plan, as we launch our beta and begin fundraising. I would highly recommend Brett to any of my colleagues who are entrepreneurs. His kindness, connections, and industry insight speak volumes. -Preston Ramirez founder of Revive

I wanted to write this email to express my thanks for your guidance. I always came out from out Friday chats feeling better and with a clearer idea of what to do that week. I do think if we had gone thru your incubator earlier, not only would I have learned a lot (process, thinking) but also saved a lot of time by prioritizing our KPIs. -Apoorv co-founder- Happybot.ai
